We could not be more pleased with the service. The team well informed us of the open houses/responses, etc. Dave was excellent in all aspects of the listing and selling of our home. He was also very understanding and helpful on selling our home, understanding our feelings about leaving a home of over 30 years.
We recently sold our house with the help of Dave and his team. After an unsuccessful listing with another realtor, we were contacted by Dave to see if there was anything he could do to help. It turns out there was a lot he was able to do. Dave brought in his expert team, which included a professional home stager, photographer, and truly amazing office staff to put together a brand new and very professional listing. He provided a clear schedule and detailed plan for how he was going to show and ultimately sell our house. Dave scheduled more open houses in the first couple of weeks of our listing than we had in 90 days with our previous realtor. At one point he even offered to come and take my dog for a walk, so that the house would be empty for a showing. Dave also went the extra mile while working with our purchasing realtor. They worked together to try and negotiate a better purchase price on our new house. He also put us in contact with a mortgage broker to try to arrange a better financing deal as well. Dave’s office administrator, Katherine Sweet, did an excellent job of organizing all of the showings and open houses despite my busy schedule and my wife’s night shift job. She also did an outstanding job of co-ordinating all of the paperwork from the lawyers, bank, insurance, purchaser, etc. so that I was able to have one point of contact for the entire sale. She handled everything in a very timely and efficient manner, and followed up on absolutely every detail, which made our sale a lot less stressful.
